Terms of service

The agreement between you and Pamoja Home Fiber when you order, install and use our fibre internet service.

Pamoja Home Fiber supplies fibre internet access at the address confirmed during the coverage check. Speeds quoted for each plan are the maximum for that plan; actual speeds depend on your devices, WiFi conditions and the websites or services you use. Continuous service is subject to our Fair Usage Policy.

Home plans include free fibre installation; the Sungura plan requires you to provide a compatible router. Business installations may attract a fee, quoted before work starts. You are responsible for obtaining any landlord or estate permission needed to run a cable to your premises. The fibre terminal and any router we supply remain our property and must be returned in working order if the service ends.

Plans are prepaid monthly. Service is activated when the full plan price is received by M-PESA Pay Bill 4078033 or through the client portal, and runs for 30 days. If payment is not received by the expiry date the connection is suspended until payment is made. Short-term daily and weekly recharges are available only to customers with an installed connection and are subject to availability.

You must not use the service for anything unlawful, to send spam, to attack other networks, or to resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend a connection that puts the network or other customers at risk.

Support is available 24 hours a day on 020 765 3000 and WhatsApp 0799 745 714. We aim to restore faults on our network as quickly as possible but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Faults caused by your own equipment, power supply or building wiring are outside our control.

Home plans have no fixed contract. You can change plan at any time by contacting support, and you can stop by simply not renewing. Business plans are governed by the service order signed at installation. We may withdraw or change plans and prices with notice on our website.

Our liability for any loss arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the month in which the loss occurred. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.

Your personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
