Send us your town and neighbourhood, or use the coverage checker. We confirm that the fibre closure nearest your building can reach you. This usually takes less than a day.
Choose a plan and pay
Pick a home plan from KSh 1,499 a month. Pay the first month by M-PESA Pay Bill 4078033 with the account number we send you.
Installation visit
A technician runs the fibre drop from the closure to your house or flat, mounts the fibre terminal and tests the line. Most visits take one to two hours.
WiFi set-up
We configure the router, set your WiFi name and password and test speeds on your devices before leaving.
What it costs
Installation cost and what is included
- Home plans from Chui upwards: fibre drop, fibre terminal, router and set-up are all included at no charge.
- Sungura 10 Mbps: installation is free when you provide a compatible router. Our router guide explains what to look for.
- Business plans: an installation fee may apply depending on the package, premises and distance from the fibre. It is quoted and agreed before any work starts.
- Long drops: if your house is far from the nearest closure and needs an extra pole, we tell you before the visit.
Before the visit
What you need ready
- Someone over 18 at home during the visit, normally a two-hour window we agree with you.
- Permission from the landlord or estate management if the cable needs to cross a shared wall or compound.
- A power socket near where you want the router. The middle of the house gives the best WiFi.
- Your M-PESA payment confirmation for the first month.
