Pamoja Home Fiber ("we", "us") provides fibre internet to homes and businesses in Kenya. Our head office is at Pamoja House, Honey Pot Road, Ongata Rongai. For any question about this policy or your data, email info@pamojahomefiber.com or call 020 765 3000.

When you enquire, sign up or use our service we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, installation address and location details; your national ID or passport number where required to activate a connection; M-PESA transaction references and payment history; and technical information about your connection such as data usage, device identifiers and fault reports.

Our website records standard analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location) through Google Analytics, loaded after the page has finished rendering. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes your browser information to distinguish people from bots.

We use your information to check coverage, install and run your connection, bill you, answer support requests, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the service. We may send service messages about your account, outages or payment by SMS, WhatsApp or email. We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

We share data only where needed to deliver the service: with our billing and ticketing platforms, payment providers such as Safaricom M-PESA, field technicians, and regulators or law-enforcement agencies where the law requires. We do not sell personal information.

Account and billing records are kept for as long as you are a customer and for the period required by Kenyan tax and telecommunications law afterwards. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it, and systems are protected by access controls and encryption in transit.

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. You may also object to marketing. To exercise these rights, email info@pamojahomefiber.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

The website uses a small number of cookies for analytics and for the reCAPTCHA check on the contact form. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies; the site still works without them.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
